Expertise in all composite processes

We have extensive experience in fibreglass closed mould processes including Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), Vacuum-Assist RTM (VARTM), and Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM) processes.

We select the best materials for customer needs including pDCPD, PU, glass fibre and advanced composite materials.

Whenever possible we prefer to get involved at the Design stages. We review all designs with clients and regularly conduct DFMEA / PFMEA processes with client teams prior to product launch.

Our in-house painting facilities allow us to offer painted products and assemblies so that we can offer complete assembled products direct to customer assembly lines.

We offer a wide range of processes and material options to suit any application and volume quantity.

5 Axis CNC Trimming:

Our CNC facilities mean that we deliver total repeatability to any volume and ensure trouble free production at customers’ assembly line.

All of our processes are closely monitored and products stringently checked via our quality system. The APQP process ensures that full PPAP documentation is submitted when applicable.

Projects commence with a detailed New Product Introduction Program which is followed throughout the process.

Material selection is based on specification, end use application and customer requirements.

We offer a wide range of materials including glass fibre, carbon fibre, polyester, epoxy and phenolic resins.

Also for our RIM process we use Polyurethanes (PU) and pDCPD (Telene). Natural fibres are also being used more widely on a variety of applications.
